  • Return Process:

Customers wishing to return a product, please send an email to to initiate the return process.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return process.

  • Order Cancellation:

Customers wishing to cancel an order, please send an email including the order number and reason for cancellation.
However, please note that once the order has been shipped, production of personalized products will commence immediately.
In the event of cancellation of orders already in production, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for each item.

  • Refund Process:

Upon cancellation of a product resulting in a refund, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to become available in your account.
Address Changes

  • Shipping Address Change:

Customers wishing to change the shipping address, please send an email including the order number, current address, and new address details.
Address changes can be made until your order has been dispatched from our facility.

  • Color and Image Discrepancies:

For inquiries regarding product color, material, or size, please contact us.
If any product on our site is found to be defective, we can offer a full refund of the product or resend it at no extra charge (for stamp orders).
However, if your product is a silver necklace and the defect is attributable to our company, we may request to return the product at no cost to you.

Return of Personalized Products:
Personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Refer to our return policy for damaged or incorrectly made products or contact our customer service.

  • Exceptions to the Return Policy

Cases Not Covered by Our Return/Exchange Policy:

Damage due to misuse, improper care, or personal reasons.
Returns made due to personal preference or changing mind.
Return of non-defective personalized products.

*Since the quality of our product depends on the image provided by the customer, if a customer submits the wrong image or if the image is of low quality, the resulting product will also be of low quality. We kindly ask you to consider this information during the approval period of the product.
Otherwise, no refund or return options will be available for this product. However, the customer will receive a 50% discount on their next order.

  • Lost or Undelivered Orders:

In cases of order loss or non-delivery, free reshipment or a full refund will be provided to the customer.
Cancellations Due to Address Changes:

If a customer moves to a new address and the product reaches the old address, or if there is a delay beyond the expected delivery time, a full refund will be provided.
If a return of the product is necessary, this process will be covered by our company.

  • Instances of Wrong Product Sent:

In cases of sending the wrong product, our company takes responsibility and provides free reshipment or a full refund.
A 15% discount is offered on the next order if it comes from the customer.

  • Instances of Product Mix-Up:

In cases of product mix-up, free return and reshipment or a full refund will be provided to the customer.

  • Incorrect Order Situations:

In cases of ordering excess products or changing one's mind afterward, a full refund is provided if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours.
If 24 hours have passed and the product has not yet been shipped, a refund will be made with a $5 deduction.


  • Non-Application of Discounts:

In cases where discounts were not applied, the discount amount will be refunded.
